Cox & Kings India Ltd.

This Cox & Kings branch is over in Anand Niketan, right on Benito Juarez Road. We are on the first floor at G-3. It’s a pretty good location because it’s close to the South Campus area, so there are always students and young people moving about the streets. The road outside can get quite jammed during the rush hour, but inside the office, we just keep working through it. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of travel files stacked around. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements. We are here to sort out travel plans, whether it’s for a family vacation or someone going abroad for work. The building itself is older but it is well-kept. Being in the 110021 area, we are in a fairly upscale part of Delhi, but our office is quite practical and unpretentious. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The staff here is used to the fast pace of the travel world. We often send someone out to get samosas and tea for the afternoon. It’s a very human environment, with people chatting about their own lives while they work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a solid, reliable place where we handle the business of travel one day at a time. The first-floor view gives us a good look at the daily life on Benito Juarez Road.
