Our office is located at 6/85 in West Punjabi Bagh. It is a residential-looking area in New Delhi, but we have our operations set up inside. We are part of the daily grind here, with people coming in for shifts at all hours. It is a lot of headsets and computers in one place. We don't have a big sign outside or anything too flashy. The work we do involves a lot of talking and solving problems for people over the phone. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have a small break area where we grab tea and talk about the day. The building is just a standard spot in Punjabi Bagh, nothing special to look at from the street. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Managing the staff and the technology takes up most of our energy. We aren't trying to be the most famous company; we just want to get the work done correctly. Some days the traffic in Delhi makes it hard for everyone to get in on time, but we manage to keep things running. It’s just a regular workplace where people put in their hours and then go home. We focus on the tasks we are given and try to keep things organized. There are always cables and papers around, but we know where everything is located. We just keep at it.
