We are set up on the second floor of Wz 241/D1 in Inder Puri, New Delhi. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the street, it’s not too hard to spot us. Inder Puri is a very dense area, so the buildings are all squeezed together. We have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get up to our floor, which is a good workout if you do it five times a day. The office is basically two rooms filled with files and some old computers. We do all the Courtesy Honda administrative stuff from here. It isn't a showroom with shiny cars; it is more like the engine room where the paperwork gets processed. We have a small window that doesn't let in much light, so we keep the overhead tubes on all day. It’s a bit of a noisy neighborhood with all the traffic and the shops downstairs, but we’ve got used to the hum of the city. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the honking from the main road. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for years. We eat our lunch together at the main table, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. It’s a simple life here in New Delhi-12. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the job done and get home to our families.
