If you find yourself in Khicharipur, you might walk right past our little courier shop at 4/85. It’s a small place, mostly filled with cardboard boxes and rolls of packing tape. We’ve been operating in Delhi-91 for a good number of years now. It’s not the most organized looking spot, as there’s usually a pile of parcels near the door waiting for the morning pickup. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy sorting out envelopes to worry about that. People from the neighborhood come in with all sorts of things they need to send out, and we do our best to get them weighed and labeled quickly. Sometimes the pens run out of ink right when someone needs to sign, or the weighing scale needs a little tap to start working properly. It’s just the way things are in a busy local shop. We don’t have a fancy website or a customer service hotline; it’s just us answering the phone when it rings. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially in the evenings, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't part of some huge global chain with millions of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the mail goes where it’s supposed to go without getting crushed. We like the local feel of the area and knowing the people who drop by. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day.
