Our place is at D-3, Gali No. 1 in New Delhi. The pin code is 110094. Gali No. 1 is a typical Delhi street—busy, a bit narrow, and always full of some kind of noise. We have been in this building for quite some time now. It is not a shiny glass tower; it is just a regular spot in a regular neighborhood. We have a small office where we handle all the vacation stuff. People come in with questions about where they can go, and we talk to them across a simple desk. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep the bookings straight. Delhi is a huge city, but our little corner feels familiar. We know the guy who sells tea down the street and the people in the neighboring buildings. It is a very human way to work. We do not use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know. Some days are very busy with phones ringing constantly, and other days we just sit and catch up on paperwork. It is not a fancy life, but it is our life. We have been at D-3 for a long time and we do not plan on moving anytime soon. It is a good place to be if you want to see how real work gets done in Delhi.
