Katwariya Sarai is a crowded neighborhood, and our office is right at H-65. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you're walking because the streets are so narrow and full of scooters. Our building is a bit old, but it holds up well. We are part of the larger Country Club group, but this specific spot in New Delhi-18 is where this division is based. The office is usually humming with activity. There are always people coming and going, and the phones never seem to stop ringing. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the space, so it can feel a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few maps. We don't have a dedicated lunchroom, so most of us just eat at our desks while we keep working. The light isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It is a very busy environment, and sometimes it gets a little chaotic with all the paperwork lying around. But we have a system that works for us. Getting to Katwariya Sarai can be a bit of a mission because of the traffic, but once you're inside the office, it's just another day of getting things sorted. We’ve been in this location for a long time and we know all the local shopkeepers nearby.
