You can find us at B-1610 in Shastri Nagar. We've been part of the Country Club network for a while, but this specific office is where we handle the local stuff for Delhi-52. It’s not a massive resort right here; it’s more of an administrative spot where we talk to members and sort out their bookings. People come in to ask about their holidays or why a payment didn't go through. We see a lot of families who want to go somewhere nice for the summer. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We try to get through the paperwork as fast as we can, but sometimes the systems are slow and it takes longer than we'd like. It’s just how it goes. The neighborhood around here is pretty lived-in, so we get a lot of locals dropping by just to chat or check their points. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. It’s just a standard office setup where we do the work. We’ve had a few staff changes over the years, but some of us have been here since the start. We know the area well and we know what our members expect from us. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes the phone rings off the hook for hours, but we keep at it. Most people around here know us by now.
