We are located at B-206, Flat Number 2, in Duggal Colony, Khanpur. It’s a small office inside a residential colony, which makes it feel very much like a local neighborhood spot. We spend our time talking to people about their memberships and trying to explain how everything works. The office is pretty simple, just a few desks in a flat. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of luxury, but we have what we need to do the job. Duggal Colony can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but once you find B-206, it's easy. We deal with a lot of questions every day, some people are happy and some are confused, and we just try to talk through it with them. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer work. The atmosphere is pretty casual since we are right there among the houses. We usually hear the kids playing outside or the street vendors going by while we work. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. People just come in, sit down, and we talk about their plans. It is a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we make it work. We’ve been in this flat for a while now and the locals know us.
