The office is usually buzzing because there is always someone asking about their membership or wanting to know about the different club locations we have across India. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with shoppers and rickshaws. We have a lot of members who drop by just to chat or sort out their holiday plans. The staff here is pretty laid back. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, and we know all the local tea stalls around. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where people can sit and talk. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We spend our time looking at schedules and trying to help people get what they paid for. It's busy work, but it keeps us moving. Malviya Nagar is a great spot to be, even if the stairs to the second floor feel a bit steep by the end of the day. We just do our thing here.
