Country Club India Ltd.

We’re based out of the Delhi-8 area. It’s one of those older parts of the city that has its own rhythm. Working at Country Club India Ltd. means we spend a lot of time talking to people about their holidays and memberships. Our office isn't some high-tech hub; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. I usually start my morning by catching up on the messages left from the evening before. We have a small crew here, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with people you actually like. We don't have those polished corporate scripts to follow when someone calls. We just talk to them like normal people. Delhi-8 is a place with a lot of history, and you can feel it in the narrow streets. Our office has these old wooden desks that have been around since the company first opened this branch. They creak a bit, but they still work fine. The weather lately has been really dusty, so we’re constantly wiping down the desks. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We also have a small cupboard where we keep all the old files that no one wants to sort through, but we keep them anyway. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't.
