Our office is tucked away in Defence Colony at A-282. If you know the area, you know it’s one of those quieter, nicer parts of New Delhi where the streets are a bit wider. We spend our days here talking to people about their memberships and holiday plans. It’s not one of those huge corporate headquarters; it feels more like a local office where we know each other's names. People drop in to ask about bookings or just to figure out how their club points work. The atmosphere is generally quite relaxed, though it can get hectic when the holiday season is coming up. We’ve got a few desks and some files piled up, just like any other working space. Defence Colony has a lot of history, and being here makes the work day feel a bit less stressful than if we were in a high-rise building. We handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork from this branch. Most of us have been working here long enough that the regulars recognize us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t go for anything over the top. We just focus on getting the admin work sorted so people can enjoy their trips. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we just head out to the local market for a quick cup. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the Def Col community.
