Country Club (I) Ltd

We are located in Wazir Nagar, which is part of the Kotlamubarakpur area in New Delhi. It’s a very old and crowded part of the city, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Our office deals with memberships and various leisure activities. It’s usually quite busy with people coming in to ask questions or pay their dues. We have a lot of files and ledgers around because we still like to keep track of things clearly. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for a decade and some newer faces who are just learning the ropes. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just try to be polite and get them what they need without making them wait too long. Lunchtime is usually a noisy affair because we all eat together in the small back room. The building isn't the newest, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the Delhi summers, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel ourselves; we’re just the office that handles the paperwork and the planning for the members. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls, but we try to keep it friendly. We know a lot of our members by name because they’ve been with us for so long. It’s a community feeling more than anything else. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping everyone on the same page.
