Costa Cruises Italy

Our office for Costa Cruises Italy is over in Vijaynagar, Indore, specifically at Bh 68 in Scheme No 74/C. It’s a bit funny being so far from the ocean but working for a cruise line. We spend our days in Madhya Pradesh talking to people about trips they want to take on big ships in Europe. The office is quite basic, just some desks, computers, and posters of the sea on the walls. Most of our work is done over the phone or through the computer, helping people figure out their travel dates and cabins. Vijaynagar is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We get a fair amount of sun coming in during the afternoon, which makes it pretty warm inside. We have a small tea station in the corner which gets used a lot. It’s not a large team here, just a few of us who know each other well. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files every day. Sometimes people walk in to ask questions, but mostly it’s just us and the ringing phones. We try to keep things organized, even when the booking systems get a bit complicated. It’s a regular office job, but the topics we talk about are a bit more interesting than just local stuff. We’ve been in this scheme for a good bit now.
