Costa Cruiseline

Our New Delhi office for Costa Cruiseline is located at 34/1C in Section 2, over by Gole Market. We are based c/o Prabhat Thakur. It is a bit of a strange thing to have a cruise line office in the middle of a city like Delhi, far away from any ocean, but this is where we do all the administrative work. People come here when they are planning a big trip and need to get their papers in order. The office is in a busy part of the city, near the Gole Market area, so it can get pretty crowded outside during the day. Inside, it is just a regular office with desks and folders. We help people figure out their bookings and explain how the ships work. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We aren't some massive corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. It is a smaller team here, working together to make sure everything is handled properly. New Delhi is a tough city sometimes with the heat and the crowds, but we like being in this neighborhood. It has a lot of history. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the other shop owners around here. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us, helping people dream about the sea while we are stuck in the city. We keep a few maps on the wall just to remember where everything is.
