Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to hotels or checking flight timings. It’s not always glamorous work, sitting in a small room in Laxminagar, but it’s what we do. We know the shortcuts around Gali No-6 and where to get the best snacks nearby during our breaks. People come to us because we’re local and we’ve been in this spot for a while. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just notes and knowing who to call. It’s a simple operation here on the third floor.
