This is the place for Cosmic Kitchen (Chokola), which is part of the Hero Honda group working as a commissary. We are based out in the V.P.O. Sambhli area in the Karnal district of Haryana. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but being out here gives us the space we need for the kitchen work. Sundeep Kaushis handles a lot of the coordination from this spot. We are mostly focused on the food side of things for the company employees and the Chokola brand. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the early mornings when we have to get everything ready for the day's distribution. Since we are in a village area, things are a bit more relaxed than in the big city, but the work is still hard.
