Laxmi Nagar is a very busy place to have an office, but we have been at N-41 for quite a while. We spend our days figuring out routes and booking buses or cars for people. It is not as glamorous as it sounds. Mostly it is just us talking on the phone to drivers or checking hotel availability on the computer. The office is right in the thick of things, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the street. We keep a stack of brochures on the table, though most people just want to know the price and the time. We aren't a huge agency with a hundred people. It is just a few of us who know how to get a group from point A to point B. We have had some long days when a trip doesn't go exactly as planned, but we always stay until it’s fixed. That is just how it goes in the travel business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we were okay. We just want to make sure the tickets are printed and the driver shows up on time. It is a lot of small details that we have to keep track of every single day to keep things moving.
