Convrgys

Our place is at G-133 in Nauroji Nagar, which is in the New Delhi-29 area. It’s a straightforward building in a neighborhood that has a lot of history. We’ve been operating here as Convrgys for a while. It’s not one of those massive industrial parks; it’s just a regular spot on the street. We have a few rooms where the staff sits and handles the communications work. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor has some scuffs from all the years of people walking back and forth. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are too busy with the phones and the emails. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have the fans going all day. The local shops nearby are where we grab our lunch. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that. We just come in, do the work for the clients, and head home. It’s a simple setup with a small team that knows each other well. Nauroji Nagar is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve become part of the daily rhythm of the street. We just focus on getting the tasks finished without any fuss or unnecessary complication. It is a bit noisy sometimes but we like it.
