We are located in Ber Sarai, New Delhi-16. It’s a place that feels very lived-in and crowded. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a huge shiny building with a security guard at the gate. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done every day. We handle a lot of calls and deal with a lot of data. The desks are close together and there's always the sound of people talking in the background. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of town if you aren't used to the streets. We’ve been here a while and know the local tea stall around the corner very well. The work can be repetitive at times, but we have a good group of people working here. We aren't trying to sound like a massive global entity here in the office. We're just the staff in Ber Sarai trying to do a good job. We use computers all day and try to keep the systems running smoothly. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge area for breaks. It’s just a place for work. We find our way through the narrow streets every morning to get here. The address is simple, and so is the way we run things. We focus on the tasks we’re given by our supervisors.
