Being right near the Ring Road makes it easy for the staff to get here, even if the New Delhi traffic is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Convergys has been operating out of this spot for a while. The building itself is part of the older colony setup, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. It's not one of those shiny new glass towers you see in Gurgaon. It’s more grounded.
