Convergys

You can find us over at E-28 Guru Nanak Rd. Convergys has been operating out of this Delhi spot for some time now. It’s a busy part of town, 110033. The street is usually full of life and noise, which keeps us on our toes. Desks are everywhere and the sound of typing fills the room. It’s the kind of place where the tea man comes around twice a day and everyone takes a quick break. No fancy lobby with fountains exists here. This is just a practical office space where we get through the daily tasks. Most of us have been around for years, but new faces pop up too. We all just get along and do the job. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. Since we have to deal with the usual Delhi weather, the AC stays running all summer. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we spend our hours. People come in, do their shift, and go home to their families. A lot of different things cross our desks, mostly involving talking to people and solving small problems. It takes a good bit of coordination. Big advertisements about how great we are aren't our style. We just stay open and keep the business running as best as we can. It’s a local operation and we like the rhythm of it. It's nothing special but it's our work.
