Convergys

We are based at House Number 131, G 29, in Sector-3 of Rohini, Delhi. Our office is actually inside a house, which makes it feel a lot different than a typical office building. It is a bit more comfortable and less stiff, though it can get a little cramped when all of us are working at the same time. Sector-3 is a busy residential area, so there is always the sound of neighbors and local traffic outside our door. We have our routine down pretty well by now. We start in the morning, get the systems running, and then spend the rest of the day handling our various tasks. We do not have any big, shiny signs or a fancy lobby to greet people. It is just us in a couple of rooms with our headsets and computers. We often have our lunch together in the small kitchen area, and it feels more like a family than a bunch of coworkers. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the heavy rains, and we have to be careful coming in, but that is just part of living in Delhi. We do not try to sound like a big corporation because we are not one. We are just a local team doing our jobs in a house in Rohini. We keep things simple, work hard, and try to make sure we stay on top of everything without making a big fuss.
