Convergys

We are based at B-335, Sudershan Park, which is right near Moti Nagar here in New Delhi. Convergys has been operating from this location for some time now. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. We are close to the metro and the main roads, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff. The building is just a standard place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, handling whatever comes our way during the shift. New Delhi-110015 is a busy pin code, but our little corner of Sudershan Park stays relatively calm. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing with big lobbies. It’s more of a functional space. People stop by sometimes, but mostly we are just busy with the daily grind. We’ve grown accustomed to the local tea stalls and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It feels like a real community here. We just focus on doing the work we have and making sure the bills are paid. It’s a straightforward operation. No bells and whistles, just a regular group of people working together in a regular part of Delhi. We like that it’s not too complicated. Most days we just drink our chai, answer the calls, and finish the logs. It’s a steady life for us in this part of town.
