We are located at C-2/351 in Janakpuri. This branch is in a residential part of the area, so it feels a bit different than the big office parks. It is a pretty large space filled with rows of desks and computer monitors. Most of the people here wear headsets all day because we are handling calls and customer questions. It can get quite loud in the main room when everyone is talking at once. We have a small break area where people go to eat their lunch or grab a cup of tea. The building is a standard concrete structure and we have been here for several years. We do not really do anything fancy. It is just about answering the phones and trying to fix whatever problem the person on the other end is having. The shifts run at all hours, so there are always people coming and going. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so you see people wearing sweaters even when it is hot outside. Janakpuri is a big place and we are just one of the businesses operating here. We do not have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the hours, and try to keep things running smoothly for the clients we handle. It is a normal workplace with normal people. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow and the parking lot fills up quickly, but we manage.
