We have been at our location in Old Rajinder Nagar for a good while now. The office is situated on the first floor of building 19/2. It’s a fairly busy part of New Delhi, so there is always something going on outside the windows. We aren't a big corporate headquarters or anything like that, just a regular workplace where people show up to do their jobs. Most of us here are focused on handling calls and keeping the systems running properly. The desks are lined up and everyone has their own space with a computer and a headset. It can get a little loud when the room is full, but that is just the nature of the work. We have a small area where we take our breaks and have some tea or snacks. The building isn't the newest one on the block, but it serves its purpose well enough. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. It's more about getting through the daily tasks and making sure the clients are sorted out. Some of the staff live nearby and walk to work, while others take the metro. We have a mix of younger people and those who have been with us for years. We don't really have big meetings or presentations. It's just a steady flow of work from morning until the last shift ends. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the stuff that needs doing right now.
