Convergys

Convergys is based at H.No- O-44/3 on Nafees Road. We are right near the Noor Masjid and the Batla House Chock in the Jamia area of New Delhi, 110025. It’s a very lively part of town. There is always something going on outside our doors. You can hear the calls from the Masjid and the noise from the market nearby. Our office is just a regular house converted into a workspace. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is here at once. We have desks crammed into the rooms and wires running along the floor. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. We just do our work. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our drinks. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow. Sometimes the electricity goes out in this part of Jamia, so we just wait it out or use the backup if it's working that day. We are a small group of people who just want to get the job done and go home to our families. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a community feel here. We don't put on airs or try to act like we are some big international firm. We are just Convergys on Nafees Road, doing what we can with what we have.
