Our office is over in Sector 6 of Dwarka, specifically at Plot Number 7 in the Gyan Shakti Apartments. It’s a bit of an unusual spot since it’s tucked into a residential complex, but it works for us. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. Because of where we are, we see a lot of the local residents going about their business while we are heading into work or leaving for the day. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our workstations, a small break area, and not much else in terms of frills. We don't spend time writing up big mission statements or anything like that. We are just here to handle the work that comes our way. The walk from the metro can be a bit long when it's raining or when the sun is really beating down, but once we're inside, we just settle in. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we usually leave a few minutes early just in case we have to wait. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on our tasks, talk to each other about the usual stuff like cricket or movies, and try to get through the queue of work without too much stress. It feels more like a small community of workers than a big cold corporation, which makes the long hours a bit easier.
