Convergys

Our office is over on Arya Samaj Road in Uttam Nagar. It is B-113, right in that busy stretch of New Delhi. Convergys is the name on the door. We have a lot of computers and desks squeezed into the space. Most of the time, the sound of typing and people talking on phones fills the room. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows directly. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. It’s convenient because the market is close by, so we can grab food easily during our short breaks. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for people to find us if they are looking for the B-113 address. Dealing with the 110059 traffic every morning is the hardest part of the job for most of us. Inside, it's just a regular workplace. We have some plants that we forget to water sometimes, so they look a bit sad. We do our tasks and try to keep the clients happy, though it's mostly just routine stuff that we do over and over. Some of us have worked here for years. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a group of people getting their work done and going home. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup generator that makes a lot of noise. It’s a typical Delhi office life. We share a kettle for making tea in the corner. It's a bit cramped but we get used to it after a while.
