Convergys

Convergys is located right over in Sudershan Park, specifically at E-6A. If you know the Basai Darapur area, you probably know where the E.S.I Hospital is on Ring Road. We are pretty much right there, near Ramesh Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi but we like it that way. There is always something going on outside the window, from the traffic to the people walking to the hospital. We spend our days handling whatever comes across the desk. It is a lot of talking and typing mostly. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on Ring Road makes getting here a bit of a headache but that is just how it is in Delhi. We have been here for a bit and have gotten used to the noise of the city. Most of the staff live nearby so it's a local feel inside even if the work is big. We don't do much in the way of fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just grab a tea from the corner and get back to the screens. It can be a bit cramped when everyone is in at once but we make it work. It's just a regular office setup. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the messages. If you are walking past the hospital you might see our sign. It's nothing fancy, just a place for work.
