Convergys

You can find the Convergys office at House Number 29/1 in Rohini. We are on the first floor in Pocket D-12. This is in the Delhi-85 area. It is a busy part of town and our office is right in the thick of it. We have been operating out of this first-floor space for a long time. There are a lot of workstations set up and the room is usually full of the sound of people talking. We don't have a big, fancy entrance. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. Most of the people who work here are from the local Delhi neighborhoods. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat our lunch together. We aren't into corporate fluff or using big words to sound important. We just come in and do what we need to do. Our work involves a lot of time on the phones and in front of screens. It can be tiring, but we have a good group of people who support each other. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we stay on top of the workload. The office might be a bit crowded sometimes, and the air conditioning can be a bit loud, but it’s a good place to work. We don't make big promises. We just show up and get the job done in our little corner of Rohini every single day.
