Convergys

Convergys is located over at C-41 on the floor above the ground level in Kirti Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always moving and there is plenty of noise from the shops and traffic outside. Our office isn't anything like the high-rise buildings you might see in other parts of the city. It is a functional space where we have our desks and computers set up. We are a group of people who come in every day to handle customer calls and manage data. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of decorations on the walls. It is just a place where we get our work done. Most of us take the local transport to get to Kirti Nagar because the parking around here is a bit of a nightmare. We usually go out to the small food stalls nearby for lunch. The building is an older one and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We have a steady routine of checking our systems and answering queries. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to keep things moving. Being in this part of Delhi means we are close to everything, which is helpful. It is just a regular office with regular people working hard.
