Convergys India Services

We have been operating out of our space at A1/257 in Janakpuri for quite some time now. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and our office is just a regular building among many others in the block. We handle different kinds of service work here under the Convergys name. It is not a very fancy setup, just a floor with desks, computers, and people doing their daily tasks. The traffic in Janakpuri can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us are used to the noise and the rush. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that is assigned to us, and go home. Some days we have a lot of data to go through, and other days it is a bit slower. The office has a small pantry where we get our tea, and that is usually where we catch up. We are just a group of people working in a local neighborhood. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for what we need to do. We don't do much advertising or promotion. Most people who know about us are either working here or have some direct business with the services we provide. We just try to keep things organized and handle the files as they come in without making any big fuss about it.
