Convergys India Services

Convergys India Services is located at 38/9 Shakti Nagar, which is a fairly busy part of New Delhi. The building is situated in a way that makes it easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We have been operating out of this 110007 area for a while now, and the office has become a regular part of the neighborhood landscape. Most of the work we do here involves service and support, so the building is full of people on headsets and computers. It is a 24-hour kind of operation, which means there are always people coming and going at odd hours for their shifts. The tea stall nearby does a lot of business because of the staff here. Inside, the office is divided into different sections, and it can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't have much in the way of fancy furniture; it is all very functional and designed for getting through the day. The elevators sometimes take a long time, so a lot of us just use the stairs to get to our desks. We deal with a lot of data and customer questions every single day, which can be tiring but it keeps the day moving fast. It is a typical New Delhi office environment, where everyone is just trying to do their job properly. We’ve been at this Shakti Nagar address through many seasons, and it just feels like home to most of us.
