Convergys India Services (P) Ltd. is located right on the first floor at 285/1 in Guru Angad Nagar West. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know how busy the streets can get around here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now, just doing our thing with customer services and back-end support. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a bunch of desks, computers, and a lot of wires tucked under the floorboards. Most of us get here early to beat the worst of the Delhi traffic, though it’s never really easy. We spend the day on calls or typing away at the keyboards. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine that sounds perfect. We’re just a group of people working hard to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer breaks or the internet slows down, and we just deal with it like anyone else. Lunch usually means grabbing something quick from the vendors downstairs. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy at times with all the paperwork, but it’s our workplace. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just a service business in a crowded part of the city where we try to get the tasks done before the shift ends and we head back into the noise of Laxmi Nagar.
