Convergys India Pvt Ltd

We have our office for Convergys India Pvt Ltd located in Dwarka Sector-4. We are over in the Pushpanjali Apartments, at House No-10, Plot No-10. It is a bit different than working in a big industrial park because we are right in a residential block. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We have cables running everywhere because we handle a lot of technical stuff and data work. It is not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. There are stacks of folders on the desks and empty tea cups everywhere. We are a small team and we have worked together for a long time, so we don't really have a lot of formal rules. We just show up, get our assignments, and start working. Dwarka is a nice area, and it’s usually a bit quieter than the rest of New Delhi, which helps us stay focused. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life here. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just want to do our jobs well and make sure the data is handled correctly. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we like the people we work with every day in this little office.
