If you look for us, you will find us at 117, Dda Flats, Sector 6, Dwarka, New Delhi - 75. It is one of those typical residential areas that has been turned into a hub for all sorts of activities. Being in the DDA flats means we are right in the middle of the community. At Convergys India Pvt. Limited, we don't have a massive glass building or anything like that. We just have our space at number 117. Dwarka Sector 6 is usually quite busy with people going to the markets or kids heading to school. We see it all from our windows. The office itself is functional. We have our computers and our files, and that is about it. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in Delhi, so we just wait it out or use the generator. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. It doesn’t feel like a cold corporate environment because we are in a flat. It feels more like a workspace that belongs in the neighborhood. We spend our hours managing things for Convergys India Pvt. Limited without making a big fuss. It is just a regular job in a regular part of town. We are quite easy to spot once you get to Sector 6. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork but we have a system that works for us.
