If you're looking for us, we are located at House No-212 in Munirka. It’s in the lane right next to Anupam Restaurant, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. The office is set up through Rajib Biswas and Jitender Sharma, so it’s got a very personal, local feel despite the company name. Munirka is always bustling, and the lane near the restaurant is no exception. There is always the smell of food in the air, which makes us hungry before lunch even starts. The house itself is a regular Delhi building, and we’ve converted part of it into our workspace. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a glass elevator. You just walk down the lane and find number 212. Inside, we have our computers and desks set up where we handle the India operations for Convergys. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in, but we have a good system for staying out of each other's way. We don't have any scripted speeches about what we do. We just come in, log on, and handle the tasks for the day. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks or there’s a lot of noise from the restaurant next door, but it just feels like part of being in this neighborhood. We’re just a bunch of regular employees trying to stay on top of our work and make sure everything is handled properly before we head home.
