Convergys India Ltd

Our office is over in Tilak Nagar at Wz 87 A, Ram Nagar Extension. It’s right near Choukhandi Chouk. Convergys India Ltd is the name. This part of Delhi is always moving and can be quite loud. We are located in a spot that feels very much like a neighborhood. It’s not a big glass tower. We are just in a building among other shops and homes. We do a lot of support and service work from here. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking. We have some basic chairs and desks. Nothing fancy. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been in this Tilak Nagar spot for a while. It’s easy for the staff to get to because of the local transport. We don't really have a big lobby or a fancy sign. It’s a place where work gets done. Sometimes the street outside is so busy it’s hard to hear, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just show up and do our shifts. It’s a very grounded place. We eat lunch at the local stalls nearby. It’s just a regular office life for us in a very busy part of the city. We don't have any polished scripts; we just talk to people and solve their problems. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the day.
