Convergys, Gurgaon

We are Convergys, Gurgaon, but if you want to find us, you actually have to go to New Moti Nagar. Our address is B 1/68 in New Delhi (W). It might seem a bit strange to have Gurgaon in the name while being based in West Delhi, but that’s just how it ended up. New Moti Nagar is a very lively and crowded neighborhood. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. Our office is in a regular block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a lot of desks and people working on their computers. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of this area. We aren't one of those big offices with a gym or a fancy lunchroom. We usually just go to the corner stalls when we need a break. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about big visions. We just have a list of things that need to get done every day, and we do them. Sometimes the power cuts out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy place to work, but it’s our home. We like being in a real neighborhood where you can see the daily life of the city right outside your door. B 1/68 is where you’ll find us working away.
