Our place, Controls & Instruments, is located at 4/11 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of trucks and machines nearby. It’s a hard-working part of the area, but it’s where all the real work happens. We keep a variety of gauges, meters, and control panels in stock here. The shelves are filled with different instruments used for measuring things like temperature or flow. It’s the kind of stuff you need if you run a plant or a small workshop. The building itself is typical for Kirti Nagar, built for utility rather than looks. We have a small staff that knows where every single item is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. On a normal Tuesday, you’ll find us packing up orders or showing someone how a particular dial works. We don't use any high-tech filing systems, just old-fashioned ledgers and a lot of memory. The neighborhood is full of similar businesses, so we are part of a big network of suppliers. People stop by to pick up parts they forgot to order or to ask about a specific measurement tool. We stay focused on the equipment. It’s a simple life, running a shop in a busy industrial belt. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the surroundings grow and change. We are just practical people doing practical work for other businesses. It gets dusty, but we don't mind much.
