Continental Airlines

Continental Airlines has this small office in New Delhi at Block-12, House No-4 in Sector-1 of Pushp Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s not what you would expect for a big airline office. We are tucked away in one of the houses here, which makes it feel more like a local spot. We mostly deal with ticketing and helping people with their travel plans from this location. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking flight schedules on the computer all day. The office is small and can get a bit cluttered with all the travel brochures and printouts. Pushp Vihar is a decent area and we have a lot of regular people who stop by because they live nearby. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up their flights. Sometimes the printer acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just get through it. We’ve been here in Sector-1 for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a very basic operation and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and answering whatever questions people have about their trips. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, and we just keep the files moving.
