Continental Airline

We’ve been here in E-145 Lajpat Nagar-1 for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and computers where we handle things for Continental Airline. Most days it’s just us answering the phone or dealing with paperwork that comes in from New Delhi. It gets pretty loud outside with the market nearby, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. We spend a lot of time looking at flight schedules and trying to make sure everything lines up right. My desk has a lot of old pens and a stack of notebooks I should probably throw away. People stop by sometimes asking for directions because they get lost in Lajpat Nagar. We just tell them where to go and get back to our screens. It’s a job like any other, really. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoon because it gets a bit slow around three. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s fine for what we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and more cars on the street every single day. It’s just how things go around here in this part of the city. We keep the door open when it’s not too dusty outside to let some air in. It's a small place for a big name like Continental Airline, but we make it work.
