Our office is located at G-8, right across from the South Campus in Nanakpura. Being in Motibagh means there are always students and people rushing around outside our windows. We handle travel stuff, mostly bookings and helping folks figure out where they need to go. It’s a small office, and sometimes the papers pile up on the desks more than they should. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or looking at train schedules that keep changing. New Delhi is a busy place to run a travel business, but we’ve managed to stay put here for a while. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the routes and the prices. If the printer is working, we get the tickets out fast. If not, well, we figure it out. People come in looking for a cheap flight or a way to get across the country without spending a fortune. We just look at what’s available and tell them the truth about the times and the costs. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel since we started. Most people book online now, but some still like to come in and talk to a real person. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just sorting through itineraries and making sure things are lined up so people don't get stuck.
