Connexons Tourism

Our office is at 145 A in Hari Nagar Ashram, right here in New Delhi. Connexons Tourism is basically just a few of us in a room with a bunch of maps and phone lines. It’s a busy area, and the noise from the street comes right through the windows. We spend all day talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best way to get them there. It isn't like those fancy travel agencies you see in magazines. Our walls are covered in calendars and notes scribbled on pieces of paper. We have a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while we look up flight prices or train schedules. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when someone’s plans fall through and we have to fix it fast. We know the local tea stall guy well because he brings us rounds several times a day. The office feels lived-in and a little bit messy, but that’s just how we work best. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just listen to what they want and try to help. Hari Nagar Ashram is a good place for us because it’s central and people can find us easily, even if the parking is a nightmare. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing for the community.
