Our office is right in the heart of the city at the N.D.M.C. Market, just opposite Hotel York on the Outer Circle of Connaught Circus. If you’ve ever been to CP, you know how hectic it is with the traffic going around in circles and people everywhere. We are in shop number 39. It’s an old building, so the walls have that classic feel to them. We spend our days surrounded by maps, schedules, and a lot of coffee cups. People drop in all the time because they saw our sign while walking to the metro or a nearby restaurant. We do a lot of bookings for tours across India. The phones never seem to stop ringing, especially during the holiday seasons. It gets quite cramped when a large family comes in to plan a trip together. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some desks, chairs, and computers that we rely on. Sometimes we have to run out to get more paper for the printer or grab a quick snack from the street vendors nearby. Working in Connaught Place means you see a bit of everything. Tourists from all over the world wander in with questions about where to go. We try to give them the right info without making things too complicated. It’s a fast-paced environment and we just try to keep up with the demand. It’s busy, loud, and very much a part of the daily Delhi life here.
