Conference Cell

We are located in Ber Sarai, right across from the old JNU campus. House number 37 is where we do our work. It’s a student area, so there’s always a lot of energy and people looking for cheap snacks nearby. Our office is mostly full of boxes. Since we handle conferences, there are always posters, badges, and folders stacked up in the corners. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially right before a big event starts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and printing shops. We’ve been here in this village area for a while now. It’s a practical spot because it’s central for the people we work with. The office itself is simple. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a big table where we assemble the delegate kits. Sometimes we stay late and order rolls from the market nearby when the work pile is too high. There’s no big sign or anything. You just have to know which door it is. We deal with all the small details that people usually forget about, like making sure there are enough pens or that the microphones actually work. It’s a lot of lists and checking things twice. We aren't a giant agency. We're just a small team in Ber Sarai trying to keep our heads above water with all the event planning.
