Conexant Systems Inc

Our workspace is on the second floor of D 37 in New Delhi, right on the edge of the Haryana border. It is an older building and the stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a workout every morning. The office is full of computers and cables because that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. There is a lot of noise from the street below, especially during rush hour, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We spend most of our time staring at screens and troubleshooting various systems. We have a small fridge that barely works and a microwave for heating up our tiffins. The paint on the walls is peeling a little in the corners, but it doesn't bother us much. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just focus on the technical side of things and keeping the systems running. Most days are pretty quiet inside the office, just the sound of typing and the occasional hum of the server in the back room. We get our mail delivered to the ground floor and one of us has to go down to fetch it. It’s a simple, functional space where we put in our hours and get the work finished.
