At Concorde Air Handling Services Pvt Ltd, we work out of 1753 Janta Flats in G.T.B. Enclave. It’s a pretty normal residential area in Delhi, and our office is just one of the flats that we’ve converted into a workspace. We spend most of our time out on service calls, so the office is mainly a place for us to store our tools and spare parts. You’ll usually see a lot of copper pipes, filters, and toolboxes lying around the rooms. We’re a small group of technicians and office staff who have been doing this for years. Air handling is a technical job, and we take it seriously, but we don’t feel the need to be corporate about it. We’re the people you call when your cooling system stops working in the middle of a June heatwave. It’s often sweaty, difficult work, and we spend a lot of time on rooftops or in cramped mechanical rooms. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Most people find us because we’ve worked for their neighbors or friends. We just try to be honest about what needs fixing and how much it will cost. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes us late for an appointment, and we just have to call and apologize. We’ve been in G.T.B. Enclave for a long time now, and we’re happy to be a part of the local community here, just doing our job one service call at a time.
