You can find Concord Travels And Tours at E-316 in the DDA Flats of Bindapur, over in Dwarka. We operate out of a flat in Pocket 3. It's a very local setup, right in the middle of where people live. We do all kinds of travel planning and tour arrangements here. Our office is basically a room with a few desks and some computers. There’s usually a stack of brochures on the table and some tea cups sitting around. We handle a lot of the local transport bookings and family trips for people in the Dwarka area. Because we are in a DDA flat, it feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a business. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and direct. We don’t have any big advertisements or corporate slogans. We just sit down with whoever comes in and figure out their travel plans. The area can be a bit confusing with all the different pockets and blocks, but we’ve been here long enough to know our way around. We spend our day talking to drivers and checking hotel prices. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which is just part of the travel world. We stay pretty steady with our work and try to keep our records organized in our little office.
