Our place is at D 22 in Anand Vihar. If you know Delhi, you know Anand Vihar is a huge hub for transport and logistics, so it’s the perfect spot for Concor. We deal with container logistics, though this specific office is more for the administrative side of things. It’s a busy building with people constantly moving in and out with manifests and shipping documents. We don't have much time for small talk during the day because the phones are always ringing. The office itself is functional and a bit crowded with filing cabinets and stacks of paper. We have a view of the busy streets from some of the windows, which reminds us of the work we’re doing out there on the rails and roads. It’s a hardworking environment. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that. There’s a small desk where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. We’ve been at this Anand Vihar address for a long time, and we’re quite settled in. The staff here knows the logistics business inside and out. It’s about making sure things get from point A to point B without a hitch. It’s a lot of coordination and late-night checks.
